Il nuovo tastierista: Dean Fertita (The Waxwings, The Raconteurs). Ospiti illustri: Mark Lanegan (su "River In The Road"), Julian Casablancas (su "Sick, Sick, Sick") e Billy Gibbons. Josh Homme ha dichiarato: "It sounds like "the Vulgar Era", which I like, because that sounds like something that I would like to be part of...I mean I think we're in it, and I'm stoked".
